Obituary of Olga Stockfish

STOCKFISH Olga "Olive" On Monday November 1st, 2010, Olive went peacefully into the loving arms of her Lord, at the age of 93 years. Loving wife of the late Jack (1989). Beloved mother of John. Cherished by Pat, Veronica, Jackie, Karen and families. Predeceased by 3 brothers and four sisters in Manitoba and Windsor. Will be sadly missed by many nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews, extended families and their children and grandchildren. Olive will also be missed by her many dear neighbours, and her "Trinity United Church" family, where she was a faithful member for many years. An avid card player, Olive also volunteered at the Red Cross for many years. Many family members and friends were recipients of Olive's perogies and baked goods. The family would like to thank the staff of 6 and 4 North at Windsor Regional Hospital-Metropolitan Campus. Visiting at the WINDSOR CHAPEL FUNERAL HOME (MAIN CHAPEL) 1700 Tecumseh Rd., East on Thursday November 4, 2010 from 3-8 pm. Funeral Service Friday November 5, 2010 at 11:00 am in the Chapel, Rev. Laura Jo Marzec officiating. Interment to follow at Windsor Memorial Gardens Cemetery.
