Obituary of Gail Liles

LILES, Gail (nee Haykus) It is with extreme sadness that we announce the passing of our mother on September 10, 2010 at the age of 63 years. After a sudden and fierce battle with cancer, Gail surrendered peacefully surrounded by her loving family. Gail is predeceased by her father, Frank Haykus (1976), and survived by her brother, Stan Haykus. Loving mother to Holly Liles, Terry & Lisa Liles, Brandi Liles (Shango Whited), Scott Liles (Jenn Tetrault). Loving grandmother to Kelsey Liles, Taylor and Andrew Liles, and Emily and Madeline Borland. Gail will be missed by many cousins, nieces, nephews and her life-long friends Shirley Steinhoff, and Sharon Lumsden. Visitation to be held at the Windsor Chapel Funeral Home Main Location 1700 Tecumseh Road East on Tuesday September 14, 2010 from 6pm until time of service at 8pm, with cremation to follow. Our family wishes to extend a very sincere and heartfelt thank-you to all the staff and volunteers at the Hospice Residential Home for taking such incredible care of our mom (and us) during her final days.
