Obituary of Angelo Mattano

MATTANO, Angelo. Passed away peacefully in his sleep on July 21, 2010 at 73 years of age. Beloved husband of Maria. Loving father of Raffaele and wife Lisa, and by son Tony. Predeceased by his parents Raffaele and Carmella. Angelo will also be missed by step-children, Angelina Russo, and Carmine Iannialice. Cherished nonno of Luna, and Lexa. Dear brother to Vincenzo, and predeceased by brothers Nicola and Vittorio; all of Lungro, Italy. Former husband of Theresa Mattano (nee Naccarato). He will be fondly remembered by the Naccarato family in Windsor. Angelo retired from Chrysler Canada in 2001 after 33 years of service and was a member of CAW Local 444. Visitation at WINDSOR CHAPEL FUNERAL HOME (MAIN CHAPEL), 1700 Tecumseh Rd. E. on Sunday, July 25, 2010 from 2 - 5 and 7 - 9 pm. Parish Prayers at 7:30 pm. Funeral Services on Monday, July 26, 2010 at 8:45 am from the funeral home then to St. Angela Merici Church for Funeral Mass at 9:30 am. Entombment to follow at Greenlawn Memorial Gardens.
