Obituary of Giuseppina Liburdi

LIBURDI, Giuseppina (nee Cicciarelli) It is with heavy hearts that we announce the sudden passing of our loving mom on July 16, 2010 at the age of 82 years. Beloved wife of the late Giuseppe (1999). Loving mother of Enza Cookson (Rick), Agnese Barichello (Teresio), Anthony Liburdi (Maureen), Robert Liburdi (Barbara) and Anna D'Onofrio (Robert). Precious nonna of Sammy, Tanya, Cory, Jamie, Joel, Bo, Paige, Cody and Haley. Also great nonna to four great-grandchildren. She will also be missed by sisters families (Ceccano, Frosinone Italy) and the families of the late Giuseppe Liburdi. Visiting at the WINDSOR CHAPEL FUNERAL HOME (MAIN CHAPEL) 1700 Tecumseh Rd. East on Saturday, July 17, 2010 from 7-9 p.m. and Sunday 2-5 and 7-9 p.m. Prayers Sunday at 7:30 p.m. Funeral Services on Monday, July 19, 2010 at 10:15 a.m. then to St. Angela Merici Church for Funeral Mass at 11:00 a.m. Entombment to follow at Heavenly Rest Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Italian-Canadian Handicapable Association or the Scalabrini Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
