Obituary of Francesco Stea

STEA, Francesco "Frank" On Friday June 18, 2010, Our Light, Our Guide, Our Rock, Our Husband and Father, Frank, was called to rest by our Lord at the age of 60. Loving husband of Rina (nee Amato) with whom he would have celebrated their 34th wedding anniversary on July 3, 2010. Beloved papa to Francesca (Parker Carney) and Marilena (Nicholas Friio). Predeceased by parents Vito (1977) and Francesca (2007) Stea. Also survived by his loving brother Giuseppe Stea and wife, Stella (Michigan). Dear brother-in-law to Giuseppe and wife Iole Amato (Florida); Giulia and husband Salvatore Mazzei (Germany); Tony and wife Sarah Amato; Agostino and wife Marisa Amato; Rosa and husband Serafino Congi. Zio Frank will be fondly remembered by many loving nieces and nephews. Frank and his wife Rina are the proud and dedicated owners of La Bottega. Every morning he woke up with a smile on his face and passionately served the Italian community for over 25 years. Above all, his greatest passion was his steadfast devotion to his family. Never leaving his family for a day in their entire lives, he will be immensely missed, never forgotten and forever honoured. Friends will be received at WINDSOR CHAPEL FUNERAL HOME (MAIN CHAPEL), 1700 Tecumseh Rd. E. on Monday, June 21, 2010 from 2 - 5 and 7 -9 pm. Parish prayers Monday at 8 pm. Funeral Services on Tuesday, June 22, 2010 at 8:45 am. from the funeral home then to St. Angela Merici Church for Funeral Mass at 9:30 am. Private family Committal Services to follow.
