I was reading the paper today, and a one of my neighbours from the old neighbourhood had passed away, my name is Santina Tola I was the chubby Italian girl that lived at 1230 chilver for almost 17 years when we moved to Canada, There on chilver street ,there I met the Fedchun Family, I didn't speek very well english, but regardless they were very kind to me, the Fedchun's had a white dog named Bila and that drew me to go over to the house many times, since I had a love of animals, there I also met their daughter who would also spend many a times sitting on their porch just talking to me about life....Mr Fedchun, I remember so many great things about you, you were a very kind, caring, patient and loving man, you showed me your bee collection in wich I was totally amazed by as a kid, you taught me that as long as you don't hurt them, they wont hurt you, amazing!, you showed us your raspberry patch in wich you taught us, if we ever wanted berries just come and ask, and you would let us pick...you always had a soft spoken voice with us, and thats what I remember about you..today I pay respect to you and your Families and to let you know, that even after this very long time since we last saw each other we still remember and talk about you to our kids as "the bee keeper" you will forever be in our hearts and we thank you so much for all that you taught me and my siblings, God bless you and keep you safe in his arms...your friends the Tola Family: Santina, Gino, John, Anita .......
