Obituary of Maria Teresa Sangiorgio

SANGIORGIO Maria Teresa (nee Furco) Passed away peacefully, with her loving family by her side at Hotel Dieu Hospital, on Tuesday May 11, 2010 at the age of 82 years, Beloved wife of over 50 years to the late Agostino (2000). Dear mother of Angela and husband Carmelo Randazzo, of Windsor, Antonietta and husband Vincenzo Grillo, of Italy and Josephine and husband Louis Zanotti, of Windsor. Cara Nonna of Salvatore and wife Cristina Randazzo, Piero Grillo, Agostino and wife Monika Grillo, Sergio and wife Monica Grillo, and Joseph, Alexandria and Patrick Zanotti. Dear great-grandmother of Vanessa, Salina, Nicole, Matthew and Manuel. Dear sister of Giuseppina and husband Vito Oliveri of Brampton, Ont., and Giuseppe, Pietro and Nicola Furco, all of Italy. The family would like to thank the staff of the 4th and 7th floors, as well as the staff of I.C.U. at Hotel Dieu Hospital for the care and compassion shown to our mother. Visiting at the WINDSOR CHAPEL FUNERAL HOME 1700 Tecumseh Rd., East on Thursday May 13, 2010 from 7-9 pm, and on Friday from 2-5 & 7-9 pm. Prayers Friday at 8:00 pm. Funeral Service Saturday May 15, 2010 at 8:45 am from the funeral home, then to St. Angela Merici Church for funeral mass at 9:30 am. Entombment to follow at Heavenly Rest Cemetery.
