Obituary of Ilario Gardin

GARDIN, Ilario Passed away on May 5, 2010 with his loving family by his side at the age of 57 years. Beloved husband to Nadia (nee Rubli). Adored father to Angela Cliff and husband Steven, Marisa Gardin, Reno Gardin and wife Diane (nee Chittle). Cherished nonno to Sara. Son in law to Gina Rubli. Survived by brothers Dorino and wife Mariagrazia, Claudio and wife Stefania, and by sister Mariangela and husband Giovanni Mio all of Italy. He will be missed by his brothers and sister in law Dino, and Claudio and wife Marylou. Dear zio to many nieces and nephews in Italy and Canada. Ilario retired after 30 years of dedicated service with the Ford Motor Company, Essex Engine Plant. He was also a member of C.A.W. local 200 and the Fogolar Furlan Club. His passions were taking care of his vineyard and enjoying his homemade wine and Italian traditions with family and friends. Forza Juve, e Italia 2010. E. on Friday, May 7, 2010 from 2-4 and 6-9 with prayers at 8 p.m. Funeral service Saturday, May 8, 2010 at 8:45 a.m. from the funeral home then to St. Angela Merici Church for a Funeral Mass at 9:30 a.m. Entombment Heavenly Rest Cemetery.
