Obituary of Eleanor Karas

KARAS,(Bissonnette) ELEANOR (nee Mailloux) Passed away peacefully surrounded by family on April 23, 2010 at age 80. Loving wife to the late Mitch Karas (1978). Loving mother to Jacquie Mummery (Phil Valrance), Yvette (Biz) Towe (Ed). Grandmother to Michelle (Rob) Woodall, Jennyne and Craig Towe. Dear sister to Dorothy (Gordon) Thibodeau, Eileen (Sylvio 1997) Levesque, Lou (Ralph 1998) Johnson, Bernard (Joy) Mailloux. Sadly missed by nieces, nephews, family and friends. Eleanor was a retiree of Hiram Walker & Sons. Special thanks to the ICU and ER staff at Met Hospital for their compassionate care. At Eleanor's request cremation has taken place. Memorial visiting at WINDSOR CHAPEL FUNERAL HOME 1700 Tecumseh Rd. East on Monday, April 26, 2010 from 7-9 p.m. A memorial Service will take place on Tuesday, April 27, 2010 at 11:00 a.m. in the chapel.
