DOBSON-SMITH, Sylvia (nee Par") Passed away peacefully on April 3, 2010 at Regency Park Retirement Residence at the age of 91 years. Predeceased by her husband Robin Alexander (1971). Loving mother to Charles of Windsor, Robert and wife Diane of Toronto, Elaine and her late husband David (Butch) Lippold of Calgary, Alberta. Cherished "Grandma Sylvia" to Kelley and Eve Dobson-Smith and Owen and Marguerita Dobson-Smith of Toronto, Jeffrey and Emi of Tokyo, Jennie and Rob Michel and Kevin Lippold of Calgary, and great-grandmother to Hina, Keina and Lucia. Dear sister to Marguerite & Adam (2000) Querin, George & Betty Par", Angeline Par", Dora Pare (1974), Madeline & Norm (1999) Drouillard, all of Windsor. Predeceased by brother Raymond Par" (1998) and wife Joan (2001), sisters Gloria (2009) & Frank Dumochelle and Dora Par" (1974). Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Sylvia retired from Zeller's department store after many years of dedicated service. Visiting at the WINDSOR CHAPEL FUNERAL HOME, 1700 Tecumseh Rd. E. on Wednesday, April 7, 2010 from 2 - 5 and 7 - 9 p.m. Parish prayers on Wednesday at 4 p.m. Family and friends will be received on Thursday, April 8, 2010 at St. Theresa Church (1991 Norman Rd.) for visitation from 10:30 a.m. until time of Funeral Mass at 11:30 a.m. Interment to follow at Heavenly Rest Cemetery.
