Obituary of Delio Francesco Puzzuoli

PUZZUOLI, Delio Passed away suddenly and unexpectedly, at Hotel Dieu-Grace Hospital, March 26, 2010, at the age of 89 years. Much loved husband of the late Leondina (nee Fanelli) (April 13, 1998). Cherished father of Dominic and wife Loretta, Tony and wife Lisa and Lorina and husband Randy Strickland. Dear nonno of Derek, Garett, Sheena and husband Sasha Parachnowitsch and Trisha. Survived by his sister Erminia Gabrielle and by brother Bernardo. Delio worked for many years in the Windsor area as a custom home builder and was a proud life time member of the Ciociaro Club. In his later years, Delio enjoyed spending time with his family and grandchildren over many family dinners, enjoyed his hours spent on the garden and was particulary proud of his fig trees and his wine making. Dad will be deeply, deeply missed and always loved. Visiting at the WINDSOR CHAPEL FUNERAL HOME, 1700 Tecumseh Rd. E., on Wednesday March 31, 2010 from 2 - 5 and 7 - 9 p.m. Parish prayers Wednesday at 3 p.m. Funeral Service Thursday April 1, 2010 at 8:45 a.m. from the Funeral Home, then to Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Church (4401 Mount Royal Dr.) for Funeral Liturgy at 9:30 a.m. Entombent to follow at Heavenly Rest Cemetery.
