I wish to extend my sincere condolences to the entire family. Kim hired me at KPMG back in 1996 and I worked under him in the ISO practice for 6 years. Kim was a terrific mentor and I learned so much related to professional service provision and treating clients with respect and fairly. Most of all, Kim treated me with respect and allowed me to grow under his supportive role. I worked very closely with Kim through these years and know he was a very kind, generous and thoughtful person. We had spoken several times over the past few years and I was deeply saddened by this news, regretful that busy work lives had kept me from staying in touch on a more personal level. I won't forget the significant role Kim has played in my personal life and once again I wish you all peace in this time of loss.

I worked for Kim at KPMG in the Quality Auditing Division - I am so terribly sorry to hear of his passing. I ran into him last December at the mall, as I was doing some last minute Christmas shoping. We were talking about Christmas and family get togethers and he seemed so happy about spending Christmas with his family. He was very interested to know how my one little son was doing (4 yrs old) and I thought that was very kind of him. He seemed very happy and it was quite a pleasant surprise to run into him. I send my deepest sympathies to all of your family and send many prayers to you during this very difficult time.

Please accept our most sincere condolences to Susan and the family. Kim was far too young but sadly it is not for us to choose when our time here is over and we are needed in the next world. I have such fond, fond memories of Kim and all of my dealings with him. Such a kind, soft spoken and very gracious man. I was deeply saddened when I heard the terrible news. Dear Susan and Family I am so saddened to hear of Kim's passing. I have had the privilege of Kim's friendship and leadership through Merchants Paper Company for the past 26 years or so. He was always a gentleman and spoke very highly of his family, especially his grandson of whom he was so proud. His smile lit up his face whenever I asked him how his family was and he would tell me the latest news of how each person was doing. Susan - I first met Kim when I moved back to Windsor in 1996 as a new partner, I have since moved to Waterloo, Kim was a great friend and mentor as he was a seasoned partner that truly cared about the firm and constantly demonstrated how to run a business in the best manner possible. I still reflect on and use a number of his commonly stated principals "if partners spent money like it was theirs we would all make more money", "if you know and service your clients well they will never leave you". Please take care of your self, my thoughts go out to you as they relate to Kim's passing at far too young of an age from a very unkind disease - best Regards, Doug
