LaSORDA- Bernice (Nee Rooney) Passed away peacefully on February 15, 2010 with family at her side at the age of 77 years. Loving wife of 59 years to Frank LaSorda. Cherished mother of 9 Children, Joe (Kim), James (1969), Tom (Doreen), Tony (Joan), Angela, Anne (Rick) Bonneau, JoAnne and friend Jim, Fran (Melanie) and Daniel (2004). Treasured grandmother of Joseph Jr, Michael, Jacqueline, Christine, Alison, Eric, John, Jennifer, Jamie, Jessica, T.J., Cheryl, Shannon, Jeremy, Jocelyn, Melissa, James, Josh, Jeremy, Nicholas amd Molly. Dear great grandmother to Joey and Nathan. Dear daughter of the late Henry and Edith Rooney. Dear sister to Sandy and Jim Rutyna and very close cousin to Molly Heyden Predeceased by sister-in-law Betty Moscardelli and Ugo Moscardelli. Visiting at the WINDSOR CHAPEL FUNERAL HOME LTD. 1700 Tecumseh Road East on Wednesday February 17, 2010 from 2 to 5pm and 7 to 9pm.
