Obituary of Angela Martini

MARTINI, Angela (nee Gianfermi) Passed away peacefully on February 4, 2010 at Heron Terrace surrounded by her loving family at the age of 92 years. Beloved wife of the late Angelo (January 5, 2010). Loving mother to Anna Mastrogiacomo and husband Domenic, Peter Martini and wife Angela, and Susie Licausi and husband Tommaso; all of Windsor. Cherished Nonna to Vince, Steve, Robert, Peter, Cathy and husband Bryan, John and wife Emily and Bis-nonna to Angellina. Dear sister to Rosetta Martini and Assunta Zompanti (Italy). Dear sister-in-law to Filippo Martini & wife Louisa, Pasquale Martini & wife Maria of Windsor. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Visitation at WINDSOR CHAPEL FUNERAL HOME, 1700 Tecumseh Rd. E. on Friday, February 5 , 2010 from 3 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. Parish prayers Friday at 7:30 p.m. Funeral services on Saturday, February 6, 2010 at 8:45 a.m. from the Funeral Home then to St. Angela Merici Church for Funeral Mass at 9:30 a.m. Entombment to follow at Heavenly Rest Cemetery. As an expression of sympathy, memorial donations may be made to Scalabrini Foundation for the Poor or the Italian Canadian Handi-Capable Association.
