MILIUCCI, Eugene (Gene) May 30, 1924 - January 30, 2010 It is with broken hearts we announce the passing of the most amazing man. Loving husband for 64 years to Mary (Mariotti). Dearest and most cherished Dad of his four devoted daughters, Sandy (Craig) Wesley, Kathie Miliucci, Darcie (Terry) Patrick and Linda (Bob) Dent. Adored and treasured Nonno of Kristin Wesley (Trevor Lamb), Michael Wesley (Karen), Jennifer and Kaitlyn Quigley, Christopher "Kiffy" and Sarah Patrick, Jaclyn and Jeffrey Dent and Marianne Dent (Pete Costard). Special Nonno to great-granddaughters Morgan and Mackenzie Lamb. Dearest brother to Mida Sarsfield (the late Robert). Brother-in-law of Basil and Santina Mariotti and Tony and Jan Mariotti. Survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews. Son of the late Antonio and Assunta Miliucci. Eugene was born in Sarnano, Macerata, Italy and immigrated to Canada at the age of five. He was a welder and pipe fitter and a retiree of the Plumbers and Pipe Fitters Union Local 552. Gene was a member of the Giovanni Caboto Club and also the Knights of Columbus Council 4386. He was an avid gardener, bowler and sports fan and most of all enjoyed spending time with his family. Over the past few years Eugene received excellent care at Hotel Dieu and Metropolitan Hospitals. Special heartfelt thanks to Dr. Frank DeMarco and staff for many years of excellent care, support and encouragement. Gene leaves a lasting legacy in his family whom he treasured beyond all else.
