Obituary of James Cody

Passed away peacefully on March 1, 2020 at the age of 90. Born in Windsor to Margaret McIsaac and John Peter Cody. Predeceased by his brothers Greg, John “Jake” and Donald. Jim retired from Chrysler Canada in 1980 and he was a proud member of Unifor Local 444. Jim spent a decade volunteering for the Windsor Essex County Cancer Centre Foundation as a driver. Jim was a special friend to Patricia McAuliffe, Roger Martin, Frank Bechard, and Gary Marsh. Jim will also be missed by his nieces and nephews. A special thank you to the staff at Country Village for their care and compassion. Friends and family are invited to meet at 1:00p.m. on Friday, March 6, 2020 at Heavenly Rest Cemetery (5005 Howard Ave.) for a graveside service.
