Obituary of Patricia Ann Radford

RADFORD, Patricia Ann (Nee: Strange) It is with heavy hearts that we express the passing of our beloved Patty on December 14, 2009 at the age of 41 years. Loving wife of John for 21 years. Cherished mother of Kathryn Elizabeth and Julianne Marguerite. Beloved daughter of Pat and Bob Strange of LaSalle. Dear sister of Rebecca Zakoor of Thornhill, Rob and wife Patti Strange of Windsor. Beloved daughter in law of Elizabeth and the late Benjamin Radford (1992). Dear sister in law to Donald and Marie, David, Daniel, Douglas, Penny, Janis and Leon. Special aunt of Theresa Strange and Emily Zakoor, Brian, Dale, Heather, Mathew, James, Bethany, Nicholas and Jake Radford. Granddaughter of the late Beatrice and Howard Larsh, the late Winifred and Sidney Strange. Dear niece of Angelo and Lila Recchia, Bill and Dorothy Glen, Sidney James Strange, the late Doreen Trumbley, the late Winnie Vincent, the late Stan and Helen Radford, Donald and the late Fran Bell, and the late Phyllis and Harold Pearson. Patty was loved by all who knew her. She was an employee of GreenShield for 9 years and a dedicated pharmacy assistant. Visitation at WINDSOR CHAPEL FUNERAL HOME, 1700 Tecumseh Rd. E. on Thursday, December 17, 2009 from 7 to 9 p.m. and Friday from 2 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. Funeral services on Saturday, December 19, 2009 at 11 a.m. in the Chapel with Rev. Mary Templar officiating and cremation to follow. As an expression of sympathy, donations may be made to an Educational Trust Fund for her daughters Kathryn and Julianne or the McMaster University Hospital. A special thanks to the nurses and doctors at McMaster University Hospital for their compassion and care given to Patty over the past eight years.
