Obituary of Giulio Dionisi

DIONISI Giulio Passed away peacefully with his family at his side at Hospice Village, on Wednesday November 11, 2009 at the age of 76 years. Beloved husband of Ilda (nee Ciccone). Dear father of Domenic and wife Lilly; Mario and wife Janet; all of Windsor, and Frank Dionisi, of Toronto. Caro Nonno of Kathryn and Erica Dionisi. Dear brother of Gea and husband Tony Domenicucci of Cambridge. Also surviving are many nieces and nephews. Upon his arrival in Canafda in 1951, Mr. Dionisi first settled in Timmins Ontario. He and his family then moved to Windsor, where he retired from Chrysler Canada following over 26 years of service, and was a longtime member of the Giovanni Caboto Club. He has had a wonderful life here in Canada, and will be missed by his family, and by those fortunate enough to have known him as a friend. Visiting at the WINDSOR CHAPEL FUNERAL HOME 1700 Tecumseh Rd., East on Friday November 13, 2009 from 2-5 & 7-9 pm. Prayers Friday at 8:00 pm. The family will receive friends on Saturday November 14, 2009at St. John Vianney Church ( 385 Dieppe St. in Riverside) FOR VISITATION FROM 7:30 AM UNTIL TIME OF FUNERAL MASS AT 8:00 AM. Interment to follow at Windsor Memorial Gardens Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to Windsor Hospice Village, would be greatly appreciated by the family.
