Obituary of Giuseppa Pecora

PECORA, Giuseppa (Nee Vitale) Passed away peacefully after a courageous battle with Parkinson's disease, on November 5, 2009 at the age of 77 years. Beloved wife of Paolo with whom she shared 59 years of marriage. Loving mother to Jackie and husband Fausto Tiberia, Frances Mancina, Paul Pecora and wife Robyne. Adored Grandmother of Cristina and Vittorio Timperio, Anne Marie and Einas Jamil, Daniela and Darko Bolehradski, Robert Tiberia and Michael Pecora. Great Grandmother to Matthew, Dillon and Steven. Dear sister to Giuseppe Vitale and wife Sara and family, Enza and husband Giuseppe Sangiorgi and family. Survived by her 4 sisters in Italy, Sara, Maria, Mattia and Rita and their families. Also survived by several nieces in Argentina. Visitation at the WINDSOR CHAPEL FUNERAL HOME, 1700 Tecumseh Rd. E. on Friday, November 6, 2009 from 2 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. Parish prayers Friday at 3 p.m. Funeral Services on Saturday, November 7, 2009 at 8:45 a.m. from the Funeral Home then to St. Angela Merici Church for Funeral Mass at 9:30 a.m. Interment to follow at St. Alphonsus Cemetery.
