MARIANI, Maria (nee Campagna) Passed away peacefully, at Extendicare Southwood Lakes, on October 10, 2009 at the age of 79 years. As the angels descended to guide her home, we announce the sudden passing of a truly beautiful soul who touched all our hearts and lived in a powerful way. Beloved wife of the late Aquileio (1978). Beloved mother of Giana McKenna, Sandra and David Root, Angelo Mariani and Kathleen Taylor, Lucy and Paul Gaughan, Livia and Alan Burdon, Maryanne and Arnott Small and Anthony Mariani. Nonna to 9 wonderful grandchildren, Karen, Kyle, Gabriella, Christina, Scott, Michael, Brandon, Giselle and Alexis. She will be forever missed. Visiting at the WINDSOR CHAPEL FUNERAL HOME, 1700 Tecumseh Rd. E., on Monday October 12, 2009 from 7 - 9 and Tuesday from 2 - 5 and 7 - 9 p.m. Prayers Tuesday at 8:00pm. Funeral Service Wednesday October 14, 2009 at 11am in the Chapel. Interment at St. Alphonsus Cemetery.
