HASTINGS, Thomas P. It is with heavy hearts that we announce the untimely passing of our beloved Thomas on September 30, 2009 at the age of 78 years. Cherished husband of Jeannette ( nee Levesque) sharing 54 years of love and companionship. Devoted dad of Tom Jr. & wife Barb and predeceased by son Jeffery Joseph (1965) . Beloved pepe of two beautiful grandsons Jim and John & fiance Lisa. Predeceased by parents Alice & Vincent Hastings. Dear brother of Margaret, Louise, Jimmy , Peter and predeceased by sister Norma & brother Vincent. Loving son in law of the late Lawerence & Rose Levesque. Tom will be forever remembered and loved by his brothers & sisters in laws, nieces, nephews and by many dear friends. He will be deeply missed by his special friends Chuck & Laurette. Tom retired from Valiant Tool after many years of dedicated service. VISITATION AT THE WINDSOR CHAPEL FUNERAL HOME 1700 Tecumseh Rd East on Friday from 2 to 5 & 7 to 9 PM. Funeral service will be held on Saturday October 3, 2009 at 10:30 AM in the chapel. Cremation to follow. In kindness memorial donations may be made to the Windsor Regional Cancer Centre.
