MASLAK, Antonina (nee Dayday) Passed away on August 22, 2009, at the age of 98 years. Wife of the late Petro (2000). Loving mother to Anna Maslak and Olga Parent (Van). Cherished grandmother of Matthew (Sheryl) and Vanney and great - grandmother of Victoria. Also survived by sisters Sophie, Julie and brother Peter and nieces, nephews, and cousins, in Canada and the Ukraine. Visiting at the WINDSOR CHAPEL FUNERAL HOME, Tuesday, August 25, 2009, from 2 - 5 and 7 - 9 p.m. Panakhyda (prayers) at 7:30 p.m. Funeral Services on Wednesday August 26, 2009 at 10:30 a.m. in the Chapel.
