I send my condolences to the family; my thoughts and prayers are with you. I never had the privelege of meeting "Bill", but I remember my father, Dan Tonita, speaking fondly of his cousin Bill and his wife Bertha. May you all have many beautiful memories.

Hello aunt Bertha: I would like to offer condolences to you and your family for the passing of uncle Bill. Aunt Helen and Irene told me that it has not been easy the past few years for you and your family. I am sorry I did not visit you recently because I only wanted to have the happy memories of him and yourself laughing and enjoying life. When the both of you visited my parents home we all knew good people were visiting. He is now in a better place with no more suffering. I wish you well and take care. Jo-Ann and I hope to be in Windsor sometime this fall and we will give you a call.

Dear Auntie Bertha, Laura & Eric, Bob & Wendy and Lisa & Joseph, I was sad to hear the news from dad that Uncle Bill had passed away. He was one of my favourite uncles - always so happy and so full of joy - and so devoted to all of you. While his passing has left us with an ache in our hearts he has left you with an amazing legacy of love and faith. His memory will live on in all of us who knew him but most especially in each of you and his grandchildren and great-grandchildren. As you mourn his passing remember too to celebrate his life and love. I've included below, words to the song "Find Us Faithful". To me they epitomize Uncle Bill - I hope they bring you some solace.
