HALFPER, Constance (Connie) August 7, 1926 - August 14, 2009 83 years, at Iler Long Term Care, Essex, Ontario. Born in England. Late of Windsor, Ont. Wife of late husband Richard (2005). Dear mother of June and husband Tom Marshall of LaSalle, ON, and most loved nana to their children Ryan in Vancouver, B.C.; Amanda, and Dane Marshall, at home in LaSalle. Also survived by beloved son Allan Halfper and fianc"e Lori, of Ottawa, ON, and his step-children Matt Willcock in Windsor, Jennifer Willcock in Calgary, A.B., and Isabelle and Benjamin Boudreau at home in Ottawa. Daughter of the late Sarah Ann (Slack) and Fred Robinson, England; daughter-in-law of the late Elsie & Richard Halfper, England. Dear sister to the late May Hoy (Bob) (England), Alma Leadley (John) (England) , Kathleen Dakins (Doug) (Elliot Lake, ON), Harry Robinson (Olive) (England). Sister-in-law to the late Irene & late Jim Riley. Many surviving nieces and nephews in Elliot Lake, ON; and in England. There will be no visitation. A private family service will be held.
