Obituary of Kevin Robert Patrick

PATRICK, Kevin Passed away peacefully at Met Hospital, on Sunday, August 2, 2009, at the age of 50 years. Cherished son of Marion. Beloved brother of Richard and Cheryl, brother-in-law of Maria and uncle of Kristina. He will be greatly missed by loving friends Chuck, Liza and Betty Robitaille, Dave and Julie White, Uncle Bill and Aunt Janet Siefker, and many cousins and friends. As a former driver for Metro Catering for over 25 years, Kevin will be remembered by his customers for his undying love for the Tigers and Red Wings (and his undying disdain for the Yankees and Cowboys). He will also be remembered by all for his incredible loyalty, his huge heart and his love for animals. His family and friends will forever be in awe of the humour and grace he showed over the last two years. His body may have succumbed to cancer but his spirit never did. Kevin is resting at the WINDSOR CHAPEL FUNERAL HOME, 1700 Tecumseh Rd. E. Visitation on Wednesday, August 5, 2009, from 2 - 5 and 7 - 9 p.m. Kevin's life will be celebrated on Thursday August 6, 2009, at 10:30 a.m. in the Chapel. Interment to follow at St. Mary's Cemetery, Maidstone. Donations to the Windsor Essex County Humane Society or Windsor Regional Cancer Center would be appreciated.
