To the Gosselin Family - I'm so sorry to hear about the loss of your mother and grandmother. I was a neighbour of Rose's, across the street, from 1989 until she moved into the nursing home. She always had a smile and a wave for us. I remember Rose as a friendly, strong and independent lady who had more energy then those of us half her age. Each Halloween Rose made sure to personally bring over extra candy to my children just in case she missed them at her door. She was a sweet, kind and gentle person who will be greatly missed.
