Obituary of Maria Di Stefano

DI STEFANO, Maria (nee Manno) Passed away peacefully on June 3, 2009 with her family at her side at the age of 94 years. Loving wife of the late Fancesco (1996). Dearest mother of Giuseppe and the late Liboria, Onofrio and wife Maria, Vincenza and husband Gaspare Philippe, Giovanni, Nicolo and wife Theresa. Maria will be sadly missed by many grandchildren and great grandchildren. Also survived by her two sisters Vita Manno and Tommassa Manno of Italy. Visiting at WINDSOR CHAPEL FUNERAL HOME, 1700 Tecumseh Rd. East on Thursday, June 4. 2009 from 2-5 and 7-9 p.m. Parish prayers on Thursday at 8 p.m. Funeral Services Friday, June 5, 2009 at 8:45 a.m. from the Funeral Home then to St. Angela Merici Church for Funeral Mass at 9:30 a.m. Entombment to follow at Greenlawn Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to the Canadian Diabetes Association would be appreciated by the family.
