Obituary of Lucyna Toporowski

TOPOROWSKI, Lucyna ( Lucy ) Resident of Windsor Ontario, passed away on Thursday May 21, 2009 in London, Ontario after a courageous battle with cancer. She was surrounded by her loving children Krystyna Lucas, Halina Toporowski and Paul Stuart. Predeceased by her parents Jan and Helena Wdowicki and her sister Jadzia Wdowicki. Sadly missed by her grandson Alexander Stuart and dear friend Matthew Wannan, her sister Helen Beth, niece Dona Beth and nephew Edward Beth his wife Rita and son Ian. Lucy's funeral mass was celebrated on Monday May 25, 2009 at Holy Trinity Polish Catholic Church with entombment at Heavenly Rest Cemetery. Lucy was born in Klady, Poland and made a wonderful life for herself and her immediate family in her chosen home of Canada. Lucy will be remembered for her youthful spirit, friendly smile, generosity and love of nature. Lucy will be dearly missed by family and friends. Donations can be made to the Charity of Your Choice.
