Obituary of Andreas "Andy" Krumbacher
Krumbacher, Andreas “Andy”
Born on July 24, 1935, and passed into the arms of his Lord and Saviour on February 16, 2020, in his 84th year.
Dearest husband of Annie (nee Nehr) of almost 60 wonderful years. Loving dad of Betty, Irene (Gary) Belanger, and Christy (Bryan) Boycott. Cherished Opi of Matthew, Chase, Garrett, Abigail, and Jordynn. Caring brother-in-law to Hechi (Helen) Miller, and Mike (Betty) Nehr. Uncle to Michael (Christine) Nehr and family.
Andy was a hard-working husband and father who spent 30 years working at GM Trim and many other small business endeavors. He was a member of Teutonia Club and enjoyed spending time with his many friends on and off the golf course.
We are thankful for all the love he lavished upon his family. He so graciously provided for us, creating lifelong memories with German celebrations and many family vacations. Opi always made time to attend every event that his grandchildren were involved in as their biggest fan.
“I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, I have kept the faith. Now there is in store for me the crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the righteous Judge, will award me on that day. And the prize is not just for me but for all who eagerly look forward to Christ’s return.” – 2 Timothy 4:7-8
