I would like to express my condolences to Uncle Frank's family. I had the great pleasure of meeting Uncle Frank in the past 5 years. My father was George McWilliams and even though I had never met him, Uncle Frank was more than gracious to tell me about my father. In the short time I knew him, I found Uncle Frank to be a warm and caring person, I deeply regret not be able to spend more time with him. By the time I seen the article in the paper, the service was already underway, as I work in Leamington I would of missed it. He will always be in my thoughts and prayers. Candace Rosemarie Rumball
