Obituary of Irene Glasmann

GLASMANN, Irene (nee Jechalke) Passed away peacefully on February 21, 2009 at Malden Park Continuing Care, at the age of 77 years. Beloved wife of Edmund Glasmann. Loving mother to Renate and husband Derek Revait, Edwin Glasmann, Dagmar Glasmann, Ralph and wife Kim Glasmann and Richard Glasmann. Predeceased by parents Martha and Reinhart Jechalke. Cherished "Oma" to 10 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren. She will be especially missed by Kayla and Matthew whom loved her very much! Dear sister to Bruno Jechalke and Lilibert Jechalke and wife Waltraud. Also surviving are many nieces and nephews. Visitation at WINDSOR CHAPEL FUNERAL HOME, 1700 Tecumseh Rd. E. on Monday, February 23, 2009 from 1:00 p.m. until time of Funeral Service at 2:30 p.m. in the Chapel. Rev. Gilvan de Azevedo of First Lutheran Church officiating. Cremation to follow.
