Obituary of Pamela Jean Dupuis

DUPUIS- Pamela Jean (Nee Jeffrey) It is with immense sorrow we announce the passing of a courageous woman on February 16, 2009 after a very long and hard fought battle with cancer. At the young age of 55 Pamela was able to find peace with her family by her side. Treasured wife for over 28 years to Larry Dupuis, devoted mother to Renee and Erin, esteemed sister and best friend to Barbara Woltz (Ric), sister to George Jeffrey, and Deborah Jeffrey (2007). Predeceased by her loving parents Jack (1988) and Ivy Haggith (2008). Favorite Aunt to Brandon. She leaves behind her loving canine companions Abbey and Maxwell. Survived by numerous beloved family members and friends. Pamela was a dedicated nurse who graduated from Grace Hospital Nursing program in 1973 and worked at both Grace and WRH for over 30 years. Pamela enjoyed many hobbies; however her one true love in life was taking care of her family. Visiting at the WINDSOR CHAPEL FUNERAL HOME 1700 Tecumseh Road East on Wednesday February 18, 2009 from 2 to 5pm and 7 to 9pm. Funeral services on Thursday February 19, 2009 at 11:30am in the chapel. Interment Heavenly Rest Cemetery. In keeping with Pamela's wishes in lieu of flowers donations to the Windsor- Essex County Humane Society would greatly appreciated.
