Obituary of Bonnie Lewsaw

Bonnie Heather Lewsaw (Nee Hind)

Dec 3, 1944 - Jan 13, 2025

Bonnie was the beloved wife of George Lewsaw for 52 years until his passing in 2018.

She was the devoted mother of Joel Robert (Melinda) and Jeffrey Norman (Anne Margaret). Her final moments were spent peacefully with both of her bovs by her side.

Known for her infectious smile and cheerful personality, Bonnie will be dearly missed by all who knew her. Bonnie's family asks that she be remembered for the joy she brought to others in life and not the sadness of her passing.

Bonnie was the proud grandmother of seven amazing grandchildren: Jared, Jacob, Andrew, Myah, Fiona, Jackson and Juliet, who were the twinkle in her eyes.

She will be lovingly remembered by her siblings: Robert (Cathy) Hind, Betty (Late Pat) Pitre, Barb (Peter) Munro, Patti (Pete) Napier, Debbie (Armand) Tratechaud and her Sister-In-Law Sandra Landgraff, whose support meant so much in her final days.

Bonnie will be joining her mother and father Robert and Jean Hind, her husband George, and sister Mary Ann and her husband Jack in heaven.

Bonnie was a lifelong supporter of the Windsor Spitfires and proudly held season tickets since 1977. She was also an avid sports fan, loving her Detroit Tigers and Detroit Lions.Bonnie loved bowling and was always the most popular lady in the room.

Bonnie's faith was very important to her and she was an active member of the Our Lady of the Atonement Parish.
