Obituary of Gregory Francis Gillis Sr.

It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Greg Gillis. A beloved husband, father, brother, and friend, who left us far too soon on November 16, 2024 at the young age of 70.

He is survived by his best buddies and sons Gregory Jr. and Bradley. Pre-deceased by his beloved wife Sandy Lennox (2014), and his parents Eddie Gillis Sr. (2003) and Diane Gillis (2021). Cherished brother to Penny Demers (2003), Pamela and Donald Dumeah, Eddie and Anita Gillis and Becky and Mike Reaume (2005). Loving uncle to Stephanie and Adam Webster, Jenny and Chris O’Grady, Todd and Sasha Gillis, Tyler and Lucas Labelle, Dustin Reaume, Conner Reaume, and Sydney Reaume. Great Uncle to Emma, Max, Tate, Noa and Sage.

Greg was retired from Chrysler after 35 Years. Greg's legacy will live on in the countless lives he touched with his amazing sense of humor, his many many stories, his love of cruising around on his Harley, watching Nascar with his best buddy Brad, hanging out with Greg Jr. and his HUGE circle of friends.

Visitation will take place at Windsor Chapel Funeral Home - Central Chapel (1700 Tecumseh Rd. E, 519-253-7234) on Thursday, November 21nd 2024, from 2pm-5pm, and 7pm-9pm. A funeral service will take place at the chapel on Friday, November 22nd at 11am. Burial to follow at Greenlawn Memorial Gardens.
