Obituary of Joseph "Frank" Matton

Joseph “Frank” Matton February 1st, 1938 - November 9th, 2024 It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Joseph “Frank” Matton. Frank passed away peacefully at Heron Terrace on November 9th, 2024 at the age of 86. He is reunited with his wife of 55 years, Bonita Matton. Loving father to Karla (Jim) Matton and Kris (Anna) Matton. Adored Papa to Jacob, Chad, Jessica and Alyssa. Caring Brother to Mary Jean (Donnie), Teresa (Jim) and John (deceased). He was beloved by all of his godchildren, as well as his nieces and nephews. Frank retired from General Motors where he worked for 36 years. He loved to golf, dance, bowl, and garden. Frank loved to work outdoors, and he was a lover of all animals. He will be missed by many. Visitation will be held at Windsor Chapel (Banwell Chapel) 11677 Tecumseh Rd. E on Friday November 15th, from 10am until the time of the funeral service at 12pm in the chapel. Burial to follow at Heavenly Rest Cemetery.
