Obituary of William James

Bill passed away at the age of 95 years with family by his side. Beloved husband to the late Sylvia. Proud father of Stephen (Dorothy), Derek ( Lucy late), and Debbie (Sean). Loving grandfather of Andrew, Phillip, Chris, Meagan, and great-grandfather of Ally, Drew, and Dominic. Bill was a nursing home administrator in Windsor and Regional Director of Retirement Homes for Central Park Lodges and Director of Social Services for County of Lennox and Addington, Napanee. He enjoyed spending his spare time reading, drawing and fishing. Above all he cherished his family and was always happy to take care of others. A heartfelt thank you to the amazing staff at Amica Riverside and Riverside Place.

Cremation has taken place. Family and friends will be received at Windsor Chapel Funeral Home - Central Chapel (1700 Tecumseh Rd. E, 519-253-7234) on Friday, November 15th 2024 from 1pm until time of Memorial Service at 2pm. A live stream of the Memorial Service can be viewed HERE.
