Surrounded by loving family, Silva Kurkcuyan (nee Kesisoglu) passed away on Friday, October 18, 2024 at the age of 90. Beloved wife of the late Varujan Kurkcuyan. Loving mother of Arlet (Garo) Kalktik, Arman (Veronica) Kurkjian, and Pete (Kandy) Kurkcuyan. Cherished grandmother of Vraige and Natalie Fossian, Hayko and Kristie Kalktik, Josh Kurkjian and Shawna Scott, Matthew Kurkjian, and Bryce and Jillian O'Brian, and great grandmother of Iris Kalktik, Julian and Marina Fossian. Dear sister of Robert Kesisyan and the late Rosin Kesisyan. Treasured aunt of Robert Kesisyan Jr. and wife Cindy Kesisyan. Family and friends will be received on Wednesday, October 23, 2024 at Windsor Chapel Funeral Home - Banwell Chapel (11677 Tecumseh Rd. E. 519-253-7235) from 2:00 - 5:00pm and 7:00 - 9:00pm. A funeral service will take place on Thursday, October 24, 2024 at St. John's Anglican Church (3305 Sandwich St.) at 11:00am. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Hospice of Windsor and Essex County.
