What is a legacy? I believe it is something we cherish in our hearts forever when someone special leaves us. There is a saying, "There is no friend like an old friend". We have known Shawn since he was a very young boy. He spent a lot of time at our house growing up. We were very fond of him and his brothers who became lifelong friends with Chris and Greg. Although we didn't see Shawn much in his adult life, he was swamped working towards his goals and raising his children. He built a company from the ground up, eventually becoming a household name. He worked harder than anyone we knew. Nothing could stop him, not the disease, not the hard moments, not the fear. He had the strength that went way down deep. The kind of strength that got him through all the hurdles. Rest in peace Shawn We love you and we will miss you forever. Love, Di and Rich Clark

I am very saddened to hear Shawn is no longer with us. Shawn gave me the opportunity to work on some beautiful projects together and the opportunity to work alongside him the great staff at Creative for roughly 10 years. Shawn really put all his energy into whatever he was doing and whoever he was communicating with. Shawn you taught us all valuable lessons it was a pleasure to work with you over the years and fun after work outings we had. Condolences Renee, Serena and Connor. I had the opportunity to work for Shawn at Creative Homescapes for the past 6 years. Anyone who knew him knew that he lived his life to the absolute fullest - he was well travelled, and put his blood sweat and tears into his business. The poster-child of work hard play hard. Outside of work, Shawn was the life of the party, and I know that that vivacious energy will continue in the memory of his family and many friends. I will always be grateful for the professional and personal growth I have experienced because of Shawn, and for the opportunity to know the other wonderful members of the Kelly family (and the lovely people employed by him at Creative Homescapes).
