Obituary of Alexander Ronald Farkas

FARKAS, Ron ( Alexander ) It is with great sadness we announce the quiet passing of Ron Farkas at 64 years of age on December 6, 2008. Muched adored husband and best friend for 24 years of Carol (nee Hinds ). Loving dad of Derek & Jill Farkas. Beloved step-dad of Matthew & Brodie Lidkea, and Jason Lidkea. Loving son of Theresa & the late Alexander Farkas. Dear son-in-law of Ruth & William Hinds. Adoring papa of Lane & Benjamin Farkas, Indianna Garrant and her mother Chantel. Dear brother to Noni & Joe Kostelnik. Uncle to Joey Kostelnik. Loving brother in law to Jo-Anne & Ron Kettlewell. Ron will be forever remembered by his many Aunts, Uncles, Cousins and dear friends. Sadly missed by his furry friends Mutchie, Molly and Andy. Ron was a proud member of Local 444 & retired from Chrysler Canada after 42.5 years of dedicated service. Ron will be missed by the members of the Grinders Golf League, where he enjoyed over 40 years of Golf. Cremation has taken place. Memorial Visitation will take place at the WINDSOR CHAPEL FUNERAL HOME, 1700 Tecumseh Rd. East ( 519-253-7234) on Wednesday December 10, 2008 from 2 to 5 & 7 to 9 PM.
