Obituary of Louis Foglia

Passed away peacefully on October 11, 2024 at the age of 75. Cherished husband of Ida for 40 plus years. Adored father of Sam and Michael. Loving brother of John Foglia (Nancy) and Rose Pirillo (Frank). Dear brother - in-law of Florence Di Menna, Christina Johnstone, Allen Di Menna (Dawna) and the late Mary (Late Dave) Pearce. Reunited with his parents Maria Teresa and Salvatore Foglia and in-laws Gina and Michele Di Menna. Louis will be greatly missed by many nieces and nephews, and friends. Special thanks to The Hospice of Windsor - Essex, the Nurses at St. Elizabeth, especially Char, and all the hospital staff for their care and compassion. Louis had a great passion for cooking and spending time with his family.

Visitation will be held at WINDSOR CHAPEL (Central Chapel) 1700 Tecumseh Rd E. (519-253-7234) on Tuesday, October 15, 2024, from 3:00 - 5:00 pm and 7:00 - 9:00 pm. Parish Prayers at 4:30 pm. Funeral Mass will be held at St. Angela Merici Church (980 Louis Ave.) on Wednesday, October 16, 2024 at 11:00 am. Interment to follow at Greenlawn Memorial Gardens.
