It is with heavy hearts we announce the sudden passing of Paulette Parent on October 2, 2024. Loving wife and best friend to Gerry for over 38 years. Devoted mom to Joe Auger, and Kristine Brunet (Jerry Arquette). Adored by her grandchildren Brian, Nickolaus (Brook), Keigan (Zach), and Sydney. Loving daughter to Helen Bedard (late Patrick) and the late Roland. Survived by her sister Laurette (late Paul) and brothers, Patrice (Diane), Richard (Patricia), and Denys (Bibiane). Reunited with her sister in heaven Lorraine (Roger). She will forever be missed her nieces, nephews, extended family and her many friends who love her dearly.

Mom loved to cook and bake. When she made her roast beef and sliders or her spaghetti you wouldn't want to miss dinner. She always cooked for an army even if there was only 2 of us. She was fierce, loyal, and loved with all her heart. Mom loved paint by numbers. Every time she painted, her smile and happiness warmed the room. Paulette enjoyed her time at the casino with her friends, laughing and of course winning. Above all else, her time spent with family and especially with her grandchildren meant the absolute most to her. Her love that she shared with us will forever be remembered for generations to come.

Visitation will take place at Windsor Chapel (Central Chapel) 1700 Tecumseh Rd. E., 519-253-7234 on Sunday, October 6, 2024 from 2-5 pm and 7-9 pm. Visitation will continue on Monday, October 7, 2024 from 10 am until the time of the funeral service in the chapel at 11 am. In memory of Paulette, donations may be made to the Scleroderma Society of Ontario or the Parkinson's Society of Southwestern Ontario.
