Obituary of Marilyn Sorensen

It is with deep sadness that the family of Marilyn (nee Pirouet) Sorensen announce her passing on October 1, 2024 surrounded by her loving family.  

Loving wife of Carl for 29 years.  

Daughter of the late Ann Rutter and Wilson Pirouet.  

Beloved mother of Mathew, late Nicole, and Christopher (Vicki).  Loving step mother of John (Carrie) and Carly (Mike).  

Proud grandma of Avery, Mackenzie, Darwin, Maddox, Dorian, and Jase.  Sister of Colin (Michelle) and the late David (late Connie).  

Sister-in-law of Ron (Annie) Sorensen, Claudia Ainsworth (Neil Frazier), Lisa (Dave) Aldred, and Angela (Serge) Soucy.  

Visitation will take place at Windsor Chapel Banwell Chapel, 11677 Tecumseh Rd. E.in Windsor, on Sunday October 6 from 3:00pm until 5:00pm and 7:00pm until 9:00pm.  A funeral service will be held at the funeral home on Monday October 7 at 10:00am with cremation to follow.
