Obituary of Margaret Adlam

Margaret Adlam passed away peacefully on Thursday, September 19, at the age of 96. She has gone to her eternal home to be with her Lord an Saviour. Beloved wife of the late Ernest (2000). Loving mom of the late Ann Meloche (2020), Brian (Mary Ann), Katherine (Kathy) Vickery (Gary), Margaret Bump (Jack), and the late Nancy Benoit (2015). Cherished grandmother of Marnie and Christopher, Robert, Ryan and Kristen, Scott and Nicole, Stephanie Wilson (the late Dwayne, 2013), the late Jacqueline (1993), and Erin, Christine and Stephen and 24 great-grandchildren.

Margaret was a Past President of the Ontario Home and School Association. She served on the Board of Windsor Safety Patrol Association and was an organizer of the Helping Hand Program through the Block Parent Association. She also enjoyed bowling, playing cribbage, euchre, and pepper; and doing crossword puzzles.

Visitation will be held at Windsor Chapel Funeral Home - Banwell (11677 Tecumseh Rd. East) on Wednesday September 25, 2024 from 2 to 5 and 7 to 9. Visitation will continue on Thursday September 26, 2024 at 10 until the time of funeral service at 11. Burial to follow at Greenlawn Memorial Gardens.
