Obituary of Donata Cappucci

CAPPUCCI, Donata (nee Giansante) November 21, 1930 - September 6, 2024 It is with saddened hearts to announce the passing of Donata, at the age of 93 years. Reunited with her beloved husband Vincenzo (2009). Loving and devoted mother to Phillip. Cherished sister to Lucia Cappucci and late husband Nicola, late Francesco Giansante and surviving wife Francesca, late Irma and Nicola Colarossi. Dear sister in-law to Gilda and late husband Tommaso Cappucci, late Pasquale and Rosa Cappucci (Italy), late Giovanni and Antonietta Cappucci, late Mario and Maria DeDomenicis. She will be sadly missed by many nieces and nephews. Donata was a retired seamstress who loved her beautiful roses and enjoyed gardening, cooking and baking, especially chocolate chip cookies. A heartfelt and sincere thank you to the staff at C.C.A.C. and Bayshore Healthcare for their compassionate care. Visitation will be at the Windsor Chapel Funeral Home (Central Chapel) 1700 Tecumseh Rd. E. (519) 253-7234 on Wednesday, September 11, 2024 from 2:00 - 5:00 p.m. and 7:00 -9:00 p.m. Parish prayers at 4:30 p.m. Funeral Service on Thursday, September 12, 2024 at 8:45a.m. from the Funeral Home then to St. Angela Merici Church for Funeral Mass at 9:30 a.m. Entombment to follow at Heavenly Rest Cemetery.
