Obituary of David Paul Fedory

It is with heavy hearts we announce the passing of our beloved David on Thursday, June 27th, 2024 at the age of 81 years. He is survived by his loving spouse Joanne Fedory (Nee Blais) of 56 years. Cherished children Steve Fedory (Katie Weir), and John (Terry) Fedory. Adored grandpa to Eric Fedory (Chloe Lauzon), and Kyle Fedory.

Predeceased by his parents Paul and Jean (Nee Tarnowski) Fedory, and his dear brother Ed (Carolyn) Fedory.

Dave will be missed by his dear friends Gladys and Cary Blais.

He was a custodian with the W.E.C.D.S.B. for 32 years. Upon retirement, Dave enjoyed fishing, watching The Detroit Red Wings, The Detroit Lions, and most of all spending time with his family, especially his beloved grandsons.

In lieu of flowers, if so desired, donations may be made in Dave’s memory to Epilepsy Southwestern Ontario or The Lung Association of Windsor-Essex.

Visitation will be held for Dave at Windsor Chapel Funeral Home - Banwell Chapel (11677 Tecumseh Rd E.) 519-253-7235 on Tuesday, July 2nd, 2024 from 12-2pm, Interment to follow with committal prayers at St. Anne’s Cemetery following the visitation at 2:30pm.
