Obituary of Denis Edward Chauvin

On June 3rd, 2024, Denis passed away at the age of 78 after 52 years of marriage to Paulette (Nee Roy). Predeceased by his parents Alphonse and Clarida Chauvin as well as brothers Louis, Marc, Marcel, Gerry and sister Estelle. Survived by brothers Norm and Clarence and sisters Agnes and Lucille. He will be greatly missed by Dax (Danielle), Rex (Melanie) and Baron. His sweetheart granddaughters, Maeve and Mabel, called him “Peep”. Son-in-law of Beatrice (late Arthur) Roy. Brother-in-law of Georgette Roy. After enjoying 42 years at Chrysler’s, he then spent 11 fun years driving tractor-trailers for his cousin at Blain Trucking in Tilbury. His favourite job was retirement. Cremation has taken place. There will be a Remembrance Gathering on Wednesday, June 12th, 2024 from 6-8:30pm at the Urban Field House (1203 Faith Drive, Emeryville, ON) (Previously St. Williams Church).
