I am saddened to read about the passing of Dave. I remember Dave as an outstanding athlete at Walkerville against whom our Assumption team faced. I was able to better know Dave when he became a teammate on our Class D baseball championship baseball team in the late 50's. He was a great baseball player in addition to his basketball and football abilities. Dave was an assuming, quiet member of that baseball team with displays of enormous talent. I offer to the family my sincere condolences. May Dave rest in eternal peace.
