Obituary of Rita Lacourciere

Passed away on May 8, 2024 at the age of 95. Loving wife of the late J. Eddie Lacourciere (2007) and the late Stanley Bechard (1987). Cherished mother of Stanley, Marc, Virginia Nelson (Brad), Susan, Francis, Daniel and Darlene (Robert Bernier). Loving step-mother of Therese West, Marie St. Pierre (Francis), Germaine Paese, Lucille Osborne (Bob), Marc Lacourciere (Linda), late Jeanne, late Leo Paul Lacourciere (Jeannine). Dear meme of several grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Adored sister of Gertrude, Marguerite, Germaine, Theresa, Cecile, Angeline, Ernie, Louis, Joseph, Helen, Anna, Emily, Madeline and Monique. She will be greatly missed by many nieces and nephews. Rita was dedicated to her faith and believed that life is precious.

Visitation will be held at Windsor Chapel Funeral Home - Central Chapel (1700 Tecumseh Rd. E.) 519-253-7234 on Monday, May 13, 2024 from 2-5pm and 7-9pm. Parish Prayers at 4:30pm. Visitation will continue at Our Lady of Guadalupe (834 Raymo Rd.) on Tuesday, May 14, from 10am until the time of Funeral Mass at 11am. Interment to follow at Our Lady of the Lake Cemetery.
