To the Broderick Family, Im so sorry to hear today of your lost of Ricky, your family member, my friend ! Yes today I was told of Ricky's passing. Hours later I still have tears filled eyes of the lost that we have now before us. Ricky touched me only a few yrs ago when he came to Oshawa to work at GM. As we talked one day at a local Pub, he told me of his interest in Nascar, we bonded like we were kids meeting for the first time. Ricky worked and played with me and my long known circle of friends. I would help him move a couple of times, and he would help me when I needed his help. Im sorry because I only found this lost today and wasn't there when he may have needed his friends help. Today the circle of friends got together and talked about what Ricky meant to us and the laughes we all shared. This helped us in our own small way, but we all at one point were silent shaking our heads trying to accept our lost. Ricky will forever be apart of our conversations and our hearts are forever sorry for Ricky's passing. My last TXT from him was when I went to Jamaica, "Have fun Bud, talk to you later and say hi to Jenn!" Yes, later Rick ! ! Kenny Wood and your Oshawa Friends!
