Obituary of Karen Elliott

Passed away peacefully on April 19, 2024 at the age of 77. Beloved wife of Charles for 56 years. cherished mother of Kim Doucet (Joe 2024) and Kerry Elliott (John Vizzutti). Loving grandmother of Kyle Elliott, Joel Chouinard (Kayla) and John-Luke Vizzutti. Adored great grandmother of Sonny Elliott - Chouinard. Reunited with her parents James (1995) and Margaret (1993) Turner and many aunts and uncles. Dear sister of Bob Turner (Late Mary) and the Late Richard Turner. She will be greatly missed by all her family and friends. Karen worked for the City of Windsor in the Building Department for many years. Karen's most favourite times were spent with family; whether it was at the Spitfire Games with her husband or cheering on her grandson's at their sporting events. Family get together's were important to her, celebrating holidays and birthdays around the dinner table. Thank you for your love, support and understanding through the good and tough times. You taught us to be strong, rest easy and with peace.

Visitation will be held at Windsor Chapel Funeral Home (1700 Tecumseh Rd. E) 519-253-7234 on Wednesday April 24, 2024 from 2-5pm and 7-9pm. Visitation will continue on Thursday, April 25 from 10am until the Time of Service in the Chapel at 11am. Interment to follow at Victoria Memorial Gardens.
